Your adventure begins at EcoZip Kaikoura's homebase in central Kaikoura, where you'll be greeted by the expert local crew. A scenic 15-minute shuttle ride takes you to the gear-up location, followed by a journey in a custom-built Unimog 4x4 vehicle. On your 4x4 expedition with EcoZip Kaikoura, travel alongside the intertwining streams of the Kahutara River and through Rakanui Station, a 3,000-acre working farm offering panoramic views of lush farmland and native forests. You'll then leave the Unimog 4x4 behind for a short scenic walk through native New Zealand forest to the start of your Kaikoura ziplining tour.
