Choose a pass to match your day. The MTB Day Pass includes chairlift access plus one bike shuttle ride. Or choose the 4 Hour Pass that runs consecutively from your first lift ride and is ideal for a shorter session. Mountain biking at Coronet Peak blends varied terrain with easy access and relaxed summer vibes. Come for quick evening laps or settle in for a full day. It’s a top Queenstown spot to ride all summer.

Duration

• Allow 4 hours for half day mountain biking 
• Allow 6 hours for full day mountain biking  

Departures

• Open from Wednesday to Sunday 
• Open 10am - 8pm on Wednesday (4pm-8pm sunset sessions) 
• Open 10am - 4pm Thursday – Sunday 
• Operates in summer only (Dec - Mar)

• Suitable for riders of all abilities 
• Helmet and protective gear required 
• Mountain bike rentals available at Coronet Peak (extra charge) 
• Shuttle bookings close 30 minutes before each departure 
• If no bookings are made, the shuttle will not operate for that time 
• Weather conditions may affect lift or trail access 
• Bring water, sunscreen and layers suitable for alpine conditions 
• Cafe 1200 is located at the gondola base area
