Hi Orquidea.
Yes we do accept American Express (Amex) payment for Onsen Hot Pool bookings and all other activities listed on our website. When you get to the Check Out page simply add your card details and click 'process my booking' and if your payment is successful a screen will appear showing that your payment has been made and we will then email your e ticket and booking confirmation.

We will be there from Oct 25th to 1st Nov. What time is the best time to go? I have already booked for a 6:30pm session (45min soak and 1 hour treatment), however I am unsure as I have been told 6pm would be best if I did the soak itself and go from 6pm to 7pm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
