Do my children aged 10 and 11 require adults to accompany them? Or can they just go with the guides while the parents wait for their return?

We'd love to do a ride with A M Equestrian along the Shotover River in Queenstown, and our group would be 2 children (13 & 15) and 2 Adults. My husband & two children are beginners, and I am intermediate (walk, trot & canter). Are we able to book a ride where I could do 1-2 canters? Would love to experience this as a family; however, as we are a mixed-level group, I am finding it hard to find something that will cater for me to do a canter or two. Thanks! :)
