Hey just looking at doing this end of February next year and just wondering are helmets compulsory as we are both off stations in Australia where we spend 12 hour days in the saddle with just hats. Also is the 3 hour ride still a thing after something following the lord of the rings as much as possible as my partner enjoys the movies
