Other Information

• Please check in 30 minutes prior to your tour departing.
• Don’t forget your camera!
• We recommend you wear layers of clothes. A shower proof jacket can also be a good idea. A sun hat (or beanie in winter), sunglasses & sunscreen are highly recommended and wear flat soled shoes
• We have a fully licensed bar onboard with cold beers, chilled wines and spirits. Non - alcoholic drinks are also available.
• You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic drinks – please bring a valid form of ID. An international passport or NZ drivers licence
• If you are inclined to seasickness or are concerned that you may be we highly recommend you take appropriate medication at least an hour before boarding. Seasickness medication is available from most pharmacies and a pharmacist will be able to advise you on the best option for you
• The tour is weather dependent. Please note that on some occasions our skipper needs to review sea and weather conditions on the morning of the tour before making a final decision, in this situation it maybe cancelled on the morning of departure. It is very important that we are able to contact you also so it is advised you carry your cellphone. Please ensure you have provided contact details for us to be able to get hold of you. If we are sure we can not operate we will make reschedule arrangements with you between 7pm and 8pm the night prior.
